Thank you so much for providing this informative workshop. Excellent coverage of the chosen concepts. After teaching pilates now for over two years I have experienced a lot of pilates workshops, different ideas, various issues that arise .... and I am passionate about relevant learning.

When I have clients with a particular problem or issue I like to research or do a workshop or course to increase the likelihood of providing them with a pilates experience which is useful and positive.

Different pilates schools have conflicting philosophies as you well know, so evidence based research is important to me. I am increasingly aware of how words impact on the receiver. Your carefully worded and open minded presentations are most appreciated and helps me understand and to learn and teach better. 

The way you detailed and described the reasons behind these 'myths or partial misconceptions' deepens my understanding of 'the why'.

The cueing and wording is so important and the ideas you outlined are immediately useful and more appropriate.  I love the way you explain clearly, carefully, diplomatically and give different options. Thank you!
